Returns
By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed (TCA or VA only). We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. If you believe your bottle is damaged or flawed, please retain the unfinished portion of the wine (including the cork) and contact our tasting room immediately. If the bottle proves damaged or flawed, you will receive replacement wine of the same vintage, if available.

A $25 restocking fee may be applied to all canceled orders, refused orders, and shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive package on 3 delivery attempts. Any incurred shipping and handling cost are nonrefundable.
Shipping
We are currently able to ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WY, and WV.
Our default shipping is UPS Ground, but you may request FedEx or GLS. Shipments go out on Monday and Tuesday for all states. Additionally, we will ship out on Wednesday for California and the surrounding states. If you have a time sensitive shipment, we do have express delivery options available.
The law requires an adult signature (21 years of age or older) for wine deliveries. We highly recommend you ship to a business address if you cannot be home to sign. We cannot ship wine to a P.O. Box, nor can we have delivery instructions that say “leave on back porch”. Please reach out to us as soon as you place the order if you need to schedule a certain day/time and we will do our best to accommodate.
During the summer months, we may put your order on a weather-hold and delay shipping until it cools down to protect your wine from heat damage. Peachy Canyon Winery reserves this right to hold scheduled shipments if the weather is deemed a concern to the quality of wine. Ice-pack shipping is also available for an additional fee.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
