
Thibido Estate Vineyard
Located in the Willow Creek District on the Westside of Paso Robles, this vineyard has steep hills and rocky soils. Ideal conditions for farming Carignan, Grenache, Mourvedre, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel. Currently there are 10.6 acres planted. The combination of steep hills and limestone soils help to absorb and retain water from winter rains allowing for minimal irrigation.
